HCSC Training Begins

The HCSC training and other required forms will launch on July 2, 2024.  All producers must complete the training prior to marketing/selling 2025 MAPD/PDP plans.

The Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services, as well as HCSC, requires producers to complete the annual training process in accordance with CMS regulations at Title 42 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Parts 417,422, and 423 2024 Medicare Curriculum.

The 2024 AHIP course will no longer be available after June 20, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. EST.

Producers who wish to complete the 2024 MAPD/PDP curriculum may instead take the 2025 AHIP course along with the 2024 Medicare Options plan course, exam and forms. Producers seeking to complete the 2024 training will be assigned a dual plan year curriculum for both 2024 and 2025. The combined curriculum will satisfy the certification requirement for both years and will be available starting July 2.

 

 

Anthem Medicare Certification Training Opens

On July 2, 2024, go to GetCertified.ElevanceHealth.com and complete all required compliance and product training to be certified and Ready to Sell for AEP 2025.

Important dates to remember:

• The GetCertified.ElevanceHealth.com website will be temporarily unavailable from 6/19/24 – 7/1/24.
• If you currently have training in progress, it must be completed before 6/19/2024.

Starting 7/2/2024, go to GetCertified.ElevanceHealth.com to start your training on how to be ready to sell for AEP.
